For my High-achieving, quietly exhausted entrepreneurs
What If BEING RICH wasn’t just about making more Money but also creating more time and ease
What if you could refocus all of the balls you are juggling into a simple plan? One that redefines money to build a life you actually want.
I want you to make more money like your life depends on it. And I want you to reclaim your time because your life and how you want to live it, depends on it.
And before you say it, I know what you’re thinking:
“Yolanda, I don’t have the time to make changes. I’m already overwhelmed.”
I already know. That is why I built this for you.
What’s this about?
A yearlong journey into money, strategy, and the power of reclaiming, your calm, your joy, and your saturdays.
Inside The Community, we get to define wealth on our own terms, but first you probably need to be reminded of what your own terms are, and what Wealth and feeling Rich means to you, not anyone else.
For some of us, wealth looks like taking a luxury vacation without worrying about money.
For others, it’s a solo staycation away from the kids… no guilt, no prep, no explaining.
It might look like charging your worth without flinching.
Or spending every Saturday in the summer reading in a hammock, email away message on, totally unbothered.
In this space, wealth and being rich is money and so much more.
It’s time with our families, feeling energized when we wake up, freedom to take a break if we need it, invest when we need help, a calm nervous system to take the appropriate risks needed to succeed as an entrepreneur, confidence backed with information, and rest just because.
It’s feeling resourced enough to choose, not just react.
The Wealth Framework is what we use in our yearlong group coaching experience for entrepreneurial women to use to make more money and live with more meaning, without burning out, shrinking, or selling themselves short.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about becoming more you, with support, systems, softness, and strategy to hold you and your business while you do it.
This is what we find inside
The Entrepreneur Wealth Framework
What We Have Learned
Results
This is where you learn to:
– Double and triple your income.
– Build systems that fit your actual life
– Stop working seven days and never go back
– Redefine wealth on your terms, not anyone else’s
You’ll walk through Yolanda’s Wealth Framework with monthly group sessions, six 1:1 coaching calls, and a community that understands how complicated this work can be, especially when you’re riding solo or the one holding it all together.
Let’s build the life that pays you back. You’ll gain a clear understanding of how your seasons of energy, clarity, and capacity shape the way you relate to money, time, and rest, so you can name where you are without shame and begin to imagine what might need to shift from there.
You’ll start to notice which part of you, CEO You, Home-and-Family You, or Personal You, is steering the wheel right now, and what small, meaningful changes could help you move forward with more trust, intention, and effectiveness.
I have refined this practice over years of coaching, listening, and co-creating. Having a clear understanding of the WEALTH framework and applying it to real life gets results that last.
Not just mindset shifts. Life shifts.
Here’s what we’ve helped women actually do:
Triple their revenue while spending less time at the computer—and more time at home.
Automate their households so they’re not the default parent, house manager, or taskmaster.
Build business systems that honor their neurodivergence, instead of forcing themselves into someone else’s productivity formula.
Create sustainable income without launching every five minutes or burning out every quarter.
Get their weekends and their fun back. For real.
The focus? Confidence. Community. Clear strategy.
And yes, clean bank accounts.
The truth is, lives have changed.
And it didn’t happen by working harder.
It happened by working smarter, softer, and in rhythm with the season they were in.
Who this is for
High-achieving, quietly exhausted entrepreneurs.
This is you if you are making just enough money but sacrificing peace to maintain it.
You are aware of the need for change but feeling stuck between not knowing where to start. “Yolanda, I know I should hire, but I don’t have time to train, even if I do, I can’t expect my employees to deliver the high standards of service the business needs.
Know you need to live a healthier lifestyle, but the needs of the business is coming first. “Yolanda, there isn’t time in my schedule to eat well, exercise, AND meditate, there is too much on my plate.”
This is for you if you are craving sustainable success. “Yolanda, I know I shouldn’t watch TV while answering emails, but can’t afford to put your computer down, this has to count as rest for now.”
Because what’s the point of all this work if you’re too tired to enjoy it?
The 5 phases of Wealth
Phase 1
W – What Season Are You In
You’ll learn how to identify your current internal life season, external life season and business season, whether it’s a time for planting, blooming, resting, or pruning.
This helps you stop forcing energy that isn’t available and start honoring your natural rhythm.
It may reveal that you’ve been pushing yourself in a winter season, and we’ll talk about how to release the guilt around slowing down.
Phase 2
E – Energy and Capacity Check
We’ll explore how your body and schedule are actually handling the load you’re carrying.
This gives you a more honest view of what’s possible right now, without relying on adrenaline or over-functioning.
You might notice you’ve been ignoring your limits, and we’ll look at what it means to work within them instead of against them.
Phase 3:
A – Aligning with Your Money-Making Self
You’ll see when your money-making self is activated, shut down, or overcompensating.
This part of you is creative and powerful, but she can’t thrive on fear.
We’ll notice where urgency or avoidance is running the show, and how to bring her back into balance.
Phase 4:
L – Looking at the Home and Family You
We’ll name the roles you hold at home and how they quietly shape your decisions.
This makes space for the invisible labor that’s often ignored in business planning.
It might become clear that you’ve been suppressing your ambition to stay safe, and we’ll talk about how to shift that gently.
Phase 4:
T – Tend to the Personal You
You’ll reconnect with the part of you who exists beyond the roles, the income, and the responsibilities.
This reminds you that rest, rituals, and joy aren’t extras; they’re essential.
If you’ve been skipping over your own needs, we’ll name that without shame and begin to repair the disconnect.
Phase 5:
H – Holding the Whole Picture
We’ll bring all the parts together so you can see the full picture, not just the business or the burnout.
This is where clarity lives: in integration, not perfection.
If you’ve been trying to fix one part without looking at the others, this is where it starts to shift
What clients want you to know

“I used to think as long as bills were paid, the business was fine. But working with Yolanda showed me how to step back, lead the full salon, and stop being just a stylist. This changed how I see myself, and how my team sees me. When I raised my prices, they weren’t surprised. They saw the growth.”
Whitley

Olivia Carpenter

Yolanda Milton (Christopher)
Entrepreneur and Leadership Coach
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk with you.
As a certified executive coach with a background in emotional intelligence, financial strategy, and systems design, I work with women, mostly women of color, who are building businesses in the middle of real life: caregiving, grief, identity shifts, uncertain income, and that aching question, “Am I doing this right?”
This work isn’t just about scaling. It’s about strength.
Clients come to me when they’re tired of white-knuckling their way through all of the to-dos or drowning in spreadsheets that don’t speak their language. Together, we make space for clarity, rest, sustainable income, and systems that allow us to breathe.
My approach blends systems, spreadsheets, yes, but also a deep respect for the historical complexities my clients carry. We’re not here to hustle harder. We’re here to build something that lasts, with less burning out or hiding who we are.
You’ll find me using metaphors, making spreadsheets feel fun, and reminding you that rest is strategy. I hold certifications in executive and transformational coaching, with years of experience supporting women entrepreneurs through pivots, plateaus, and profound growth.
Whether you’re clarifying your offers, raising kids, wanting to escape hustle culture, or all three, it’s okay to want ease. That doesn’t make you lazy. It makes you one step ahead.
Here’s the question, because you know the busyness isn’t going to stop.
what is the cost of not creating more time and money?
Take out your calculator, double your income, and add it up over the next 10 years.
Write down everything you would do if you had 10 extra hours a week, and add it up over time.
Because it’s like having kids, there isn’t ever a “right time”, the right time is usually now
Because the clients will keep showing up.
The kids will still have needs.
Your to-do list will keep growing.
And Technology will keep changing changing.
So let’s stop waiting for space to appear, and start building it on purpose
You don’t have to figure out the how on your own.
All you need right now is to decide that your life gets to work for you, too.
Wealth is not just about making more.
In the traditional sense, wealth is about material abundance, but in this space for us, that definition is way too narrow.
I mean, have you seen the rest of the dictionary definition?! There’s that second part... the “or” that says wealth is “an abundance of resources.”
Resources Y’all!!!
